Apartment buildings are complex stacks of interdependent systems. The structural frame must accommodate slender floor zones, balcony loads, and the acoustic mass demanded by Part E — while the external wall system is designed from the outset to meet current fire regulations and stand up to third-party scrutiny. We coordinate frame, façade, and fire strategy as a single engineered package, not three separate workstreams.
Integrated MEP riser design ensures that power, water, drainage, heating, and ventilation are routed logically from the outset, with sufficient access provision for the decades of maintenance ahead. Our buildings are delivered Building Safety Act compliant, with the golden thread of information in place from planning through to resident handover.

For buildings over 18 metres or 7 storeys, we fulfil the full suite of dutyholder responsibilities under the Building Safety Act 2022 — from design through to occupation.

- Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 submissions managed with the Building Safety Regulator.
