Inside-Out
Design
Industrial buildings are designed from the inside out. Before a structural grid is drawn, we map the process: crane runway levels, machine base loads, process pipe routes, overhead services, and future expansion bays. The building envelope, column grid, and floor specification follow from those constraints — not the other way around. This means the facility works as hard as the equipment it houses, from the first day of production.
Heavy-duty slabs, crane beams, and mezzanine structures are engineered to the specific loads of the installed plant, with machine bases isolated where vibration is a concern. Process services — compressed air, process gases, high-voltage power, and specialist drainage — are routed and terminated in coordination with the production line layout, eliminating costly retrofits after practical completion.
