Tidal Working
Marine construction is governed by the tides. We plan all in-water works around tidal windows, using cofferdams and temporary works where needed to maximise productive time and protect the permanent works during construction.
Regulatory Navigation
Port works require Marine Licences from the MMO, consent from the Harbour Authority, and often Environmental Impact Assessment covering water quality, ecology, and navigation. We manage the consenting process from pre-application to approval.
