Commissioning and decommissioning are the highest-risk phases in a plant's life. Commissioning introduces energy, pressure, and process fluids to equipment for the first time, exposing any latent design or installation defect. Decommissioning removes them, often from ageing assets whose original documentation is incomplete. Both demand systematic planning, rigorous isolation, and disciplined execution.
We provide structured commissioning — from pre-commissioning checks and system walkdowns through to performance testing and handover — following a documented, staged approach that de-risks start-up. For decommissioning, we plan and execute safe isolation, decontamination, dismantling, and site remediation in compliance with environmental regulation and waste duty of care.
