Process engineering is concerned with how materials and energy move and transform through a plant — the flowsheet, the balances, the equipment sizing, and the operating conditions that determine whether a process is efficient, stable, and profitable. It is both a design discipline, creating new processes, and an operational one, wringing more performance from processes already running.
We provide process engineering across both. In design, we develop flowsheets and P&IDs, run mass and energy balances, size equipment, and use process simulation to predict and optimise performance before construction. On operating plant, we debottleneck constraints, improve yield and energy efficiency, and troubleshoot the process problems that limit output — always grounded in a sound understanding of the underlying process fundamentals.
